The Open University of Celestial Hardship [OUCH] is a pubbie SPACE ACADEMY in the same tradition as Eve Univeristy. It was founded by a bunch of bloggers.
Who, What, Where, When, Why
WHO: OUCH is run by CEO "Black Claw."
WHAT: They train pubbies in specifically 0.0 combat, which is a far cry from Eve University's very carebear programme. They're much more laid back than E-UNI.
- They are known to be hostile to the following alliances:
- White Noise
WHERE: They operate from a home base in Jorund, so hang out around the Curse / Scalding Pass area.
WHY: It is not yet known what alliances most OUCH members get fed into. Currently believed to be -A-.
