The Open University of Celestial Hardship [OUCH] is a pubbie SPACE ACADEMY in the same tradition as Eve Univeristy. It was founded by a bunch of bloggers.

WHO: OUCH is run by CEO "Black Claw" an Ushra'Khan alt
WHAT: They train pubbies in specifically 0.0 combat, which is a far cry from Eve University's very carebear programme. They're much more laid back than E-UNI.
