[edit] Capital Ships
- Freighters: The most capacious ship in the game, used for moving massive amounts of shit around. Also completely defenseless.
- Jump Freighters: A freighter than can hold 1/3 as much, but boasts a jump drive so that it can eschew gates.
- Carriers: Jump drive-equipped logistics platforms, often used to repair POS or amplify fleet damage by assigning fighters. Fighters are special drones that can be loaned out to other ships.
- Rorquals: Jump drive-equipped ore compressors that also give out superior mining gang bonuses and are often used for importing or setting up POS.
- Dreadnoughts: Super damage-dealers used chiefly for destroying POS and other capital ships. May enter a powerful siege mode that greatly enhances their combat abilities but makes them near-useless against subcapital ships.
[edit] Supercapitals
- Motherships: Super-carriers that can give out many fighters, or use a special remote ECM burst ability that disables weapon systems in an entire area from afar.
- Titans: The largest ships in the game, these are used to "jump bridge" ships into other systems without using gates, or to fire the powerful doomsday device that can destroy entire fleets with the push of a button(The area of effect doomsdays were removed, the current one is a single target lazor that basicly destroys anything in one shot but supercapitals). Also the gayest ships CCP ever made.
